A MILFORD HAVEN man was found not guilty of assault at Swansea Crown Court on Wednesday (Dec 9)
Andrew Fairbairn, 31, of Waterloo Road, was charged with two offences. One charge of ABH alleged to have taken place on January 23, and one charge of assault by beating, alleged to have taken place on January 24.
After a trial, Fairbairn was found unanimously not guilty by a jury of his peers and was discharged from the court.
The jury took just 30 minutes to deliberate the case.
