HM COASTGUARD DALE were asked by Milford Haven Coastguard Operations Centre to assist the Welsh Ambulance Service and police with the medivac of an unconscious casualty on the beach near Ward’s Pier, Milford Haven yesterday.
The incident happened on the evening of Saturday (Mar 30).
Dyfed Powys Police were also at the scene who provided ‘additional illumination’ whist coastguard volunteers helped get the injured person into the ambulance.
