
EMERGENCY Services were called to Pembroke this afternoon (Feb 6) after a fire broke out at a property in Main Street.
The fire had been caused by an unattended cooker but no injuries were reported by the Wales Ambulance Service.
A spokesperson for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “On Monday, February 6, at 13:42pm, crews from Tenby and Pembroke Dock were called to a fire at a property in Main Street, Pembroke Dock.
“Smoke was issuing from an unattended cooker in a third floor flat. The Police Service isolated the cooker prior to the arrival of the Fire Service and naturally ventilated the property.
“The Fire Service left the incident at 14:02pm.”


A spokesperson for the Wales Ambulance Service told the Herald: “We were called at about 1.45pm to reports of a fire at an address on Main Street, Pembroke.
“We sent a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle, but no injuries were reported at the scene.”
