A TRIAL is to be held at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court after Leighton Clarke of Church Street, Pembroke Dock, pleaded not guilty to failing to have a TV licence.
The 40-year-old denied the charge of contravening sections 363(2) and (4) of the Communications Act 2003 at an earlier hearing.
He will now be in front of the bench on Wednesday, June 5 at 2pm.
