Pembroke Dock: Sex offender allegedly entered kids’ park

A 66-YEAR-OLD man who is a registered sex offender, had his case heard by magistrates at Haverfordwest Law Court on Tuesday (Mar 12) to face a charge entering a childrens’ play park – something that he was prohibited from doing.

Christopher Rolfe Flavin on The Norton in Tenby, pleaded not guilty to entering a childrens’ play park in Pembroke Dock without a reasonable excuse.

The court heard that Flavin is prohibited from entering childrens’ play parks after being made subject of a sexual offences prevention order by Swansea Crown Court in 2007.

The defendant will appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on March 18 at 11am for the next hearing.
