POLICE are appealing for the public to help identify a man they want to talk to in relation to counterfeit money which has been used in Carmarthen and Swansea.
Police think the man in the CCTV picture might be able to provide information which will assist their investigation.
The money was spent over the last year and included fake Scottish £20 and Bank of England £50 notes.
A police spokesperson said: “Police are appealing for information to identify the male in the CCTV as he may be able to assist with enquiries.
“Police would like to speak with him in connection with the use of counterfeit currency.
“If you have been offered this currency, or recognise the man in the CCTV please, come forward.”
