A THREE-CAR collision on the B4309 between Carmarthen and Pontyates sent two people to hospital yesterday afternoon (Apr 10).
At approximately 2:15pm, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service received a call about an incident involving three vehicles.
Fire crews from Pontyates and Kidwelly responded.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “Four casualties were outside of their vehicles on arrival of the fire service, and two casualties were taken to Glangwili for further treatment.”
The road was closed in both directions and re-opened before 5pm.
