A VEHICLE Delivery company caused traffic to halt in Haverfordwest this morning (May 7).
ECM – who deliver new and used vehicles to dealers, attempted to turn into Perrot Avenue from Barn Street (A487).
The incident happened at around 11.30am.
Bystanders told the Herald that the vehicle caused a standstill of traffic in all three directions for around 10 minutes.
The video shows the vehicle reversing up Barn Street to take an alternative route.
