Intense rainfall threatens to usher in the weekend with potential flooding and travel disturbances across the majority of northern Wales.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for continuous rain throughout Friday, extending until 06:00 BST on Saturday.
According to the forecasters, there is a risk of fast-flowing or deep floodwaters, which could result in travel disruptions, residential and commercial inundation, and power outages.
The affected counties encompass Flintshire, Wrexham, Denbighshire, Conwy, Anglesey, and Gwynedd. Additionally, a more severe amber rain warning applies to the same time frame in certain regions of northern England, just across the border.
