POLICE in Gwent say they received a report of disorder near Charcoal Grill at around 2am on Sunday 8 October.
Three men – a 27-year-old, 31-year-old and 34-year-old were arrested on suspicion of violent disorder.
They remain in custody at this time.
A 30-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
