GWENT Police say they have charged five people with drugs offences following their arrests after an early-morning warrant in Allt-yr-yn View, Newport, on Wednesday 7 August.
Three men, aged 49, 45 and 38, have been charged with being concerned in the production of a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis, and producing controlled drug of Class B – cannabis.
A 30-year-old man and a woman, aged 26, were charged with being concerned in the production of a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis.
They were all remanded in custody to appear before Newport Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 9 August).
