Lovell Homes to host New Homes Week events at popular Newport developments

Leading developer Lovell Homes will be hosting New Homes Week events at its two popular Newport developments, Royal Victoria Court and Locke Gardens.

Royal Victoria Court is located off Cardiff Road, on the site of the former Whiteheads steelworks, and consists of a stunning range of 264 two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments. On the site of the former Llanwern steelworks, off Baldwin Drive, is Locke Gardens, which is comprised of a stylish collection of 285 two, three and four-bedroom homes.

New Homes Week (Monday 26th February to Sunday 3rd March) is an awareness campaign run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) that aims to raise the profile and share the benefits of new homes with the public.

The events will both take place on Saturday 24th February from 10am to 5pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak to the sales team about the available homes and schemes such as Lovell’s Helping Hands, meet with Part Exchange experts from The New Homes Group and speak to an independent mortgage advisor from ABP Mortgages.

Both Part Exchange and Helping Hands make the process of purchasing a brand-new Lovell home easier for those who already own a property. In both schemes, Lovell will arrange for independent evaluations of the existing property. With the Helping Hands scheme, Lovell then assists with the marketing of the home and reserves the new Lovell home once a sale is agreed. With Part Exchange, Lovell will make an offer on the property and reserve the new home upon acceptance*.

One of the homes now available to purchase is the Redbourne style home, which is priced from £349,995 and available at both developments. The home features a spacious living room and a combined kitchen and dining room with French doors leading to the rear garden, creating the perfect space for entertaining. The downstairs is completed with additional storage and a cloakroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, the largest of which is complete with an en suite, and a modern family bathroom.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We are very excited to be hosting these events for New Homes Week. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is curious about buying new, our schemes, and the homes available at these excellent developments to find out more. We would highly encourage anyone who is looking to move home to come along.”

Lovell Homes is now encouraging homebuyers to Go West to Newport, where they’ll find everything from beautiful scenery, to leisure activities, to excellent transport links.
