Gwent Police are appealing for information to find Nathan Mulligan from the Newport area.
Mulligan, 37, breached his licence conditions following his release from prison on Monday 23 October 2023 and is now recalled to prison.
He received a sentence of three months and 20 days in prison for theft at Newport Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 8 June 2023.
Mulligan also has links to Cwmbran and Pontypool.
