Dyfed-Powys Police are investigating a report that a quantity of scrap copper piping were stolen from a property in the Bwlch area of Brecon at about 11.15am on Tuesday the 1st August 2023.
Officers are hoping to identify the people pictured, who might have information that can help the enquiry.
