Two men are facing charges in connection with the death of Ashley Sarsero, described as a “much-loved brother, partner and devoted son.”
Ashley Sarsero, aged 26, was discovered by emergency services during the early hours of Sunday morning in the Maestir area of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.
James Alan Smith, aged 35, hailing from Llanelli, has been charged with his murder, as confirmed by Heddlu Dyfed Powys Police on Thursday. Additionally, Stephen George Morgan, aged 36, also from Llanelli, faces charges of assisting an offender.
Both individuals are scheduled to appear before Llanelli Magistrates Court this morning.
Furthermore, a 38-year-old man who was apprehended in connection with the murder has been released on bail, according to the police.
