SUPPORTERS and avid bakers can help raise awareness for the Wales Air Ambulance charity by baking cakes, cookies or just about anything else sweet and sharing their creations on Social Media.
The WAA are encouraging the public to get creative in aid of the charity by taking part in the ‘cookie-copter challenge’ by baking a gingerbread air ambulance helicopter to help raise awareness for the welsh charity. Many people do not realise that the Welsh air ambulance relies on charity donations to keep its helicopters in the sky.
To get people involved and help to raise awareness the WAA have started the challenge which can be entered by posting your creations to Twitter or Facebook using the hashtag #cookiecopter.
