Tish seal big win over Narberth

ST ISHMAELS moved four points clear of the bottom two in Division 1 on Saturday (Mar 19) as they beat Narberth 11-0.

Joel Morgan put Tish ahead in the first minute and Brennan Devonald doubled the lead after 18 minutes.

Owen Lawrie and Ed Richards then scored two quick goals and Tish lead 4-0 at the break.

Morgan scored his second goal early in the second half and Richards added his second a minute after to make it 6-0 to the hosts.

Adam Kingsbeer scored on the hour mark before Morgan completed his hat trick ten minutes later.

Joseph Davies scored not long after coming on and with three minutes to go Lawrie scored his second and Tish’s tenth goal of the game.

Devonald rounded off the scoring with his second a minute from time as Tish completed a good win.

Tish now sit a point behind ninth placed Pennar as they earned their fourth win in five games.

On Saturday, March 26, Tish travel to Merlins Bridge while Narberth go to league leaders Goodwick United.
