TWO brothers from Cardigan appeared before Swansea Crown Court via video link this week when they admitted having involvement in a violent attack which caused serious injuries.
Mark Brook, 22 of Aberystwyth Road, Cardigan admitted causing grievous bodily harm with intent. His younger brother, Kurtis Brook, aged 20 of the same address denied the charge, but admitted having involvement by acting with others and causing the victim actual bodily harm on October 10, 2015.
Judge Huw Davies agreed to postpone the sentencing to allow time for the preparation of reports into their backgrounds.
Representing Mark Brook, Janet Gedrych told the court that ‘he fully understands the inevitability of the sentence’.
Both brothers will be sentenced on February 5.
