A CARDIGAN woman has gone on trial today accused of blackmail.
Linda Mary Thomas, aged 61, is accused of demanding with menaces £20,000 in October, 2015, from a man who cannot be named because of a court order.
Thomas, of Briscwm Cottages, has entered a plea of not guilty.
A jury has been sworn in at Swansea Crown Court and will begin hearing the evidence tomorrow (Mar 15).
