EMERGENCY SERVICES are currently dealing with a car accident in Richmond Terrace, Carmarthen.
A car has collided with another, leaving one on its roof, a witness at the scene said.
Local resident Chris Barrett said on Facebook that he was first on the scene and helped until the police arrived
