Council’s response to brynhir site planning decision

Pembrokeshire County Council

PEMBROKESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL is pleased to announce that Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has approved outline planning permission for housing on the Brynhir site in Tenby.

The majority of the site will provide social housing for the Tenby community and our thanks go to Tenby Town Council, local Councillors and the local community who supported the application.

The site is part of the Council’s wider housing build programme across the county.

Cllr Michelle Bateman, Cabinet Member for Housing said: “The current Covid 19 crisis has shown the importance of strong resilient communities and this development will play a key role in ensuring Tenby continues to be thriving town all year round.”
