Llanelli’s very own Hafan-Y-Coed care home has been named one of the top 20 recommended care homes in South Wales in the carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards 2020.
The Awards highlight the most recommended care homes in each region of the UK and are based on over 160,000 reviews received from residents, their family, and friends.
Carehome.co.uk is a care home industry leader in guiding and advising people looking for care. The success of a home is measured through their review scores.
The 104 bedded home which offers nursing, residential and dementia care was rated by reviewers on cleanliness, facilities, food, activities, safety and security, management, value for money and support of residents.

Owners of the home Barchester Heatlhcare is playing a part in the wider care sector and is taking admissions into the home for those that need care in the next 4 weeks. Hafan-Y-Coed is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers.
