THE IVY BUSH HOTEL in Carmarthen has been brought to the market with a price tag of £3m. With 1.5 acres of ground and situated on the main routes into some of west Wales’ most popular tourist hotspots, it’s an attractive purchase for those looking to make a property investment, according to Christie & Co.

The original parts of the building are believed to date back to the 18th century.
