A FIRE at a home in Newcastle Emlyn last night (Sep 8) prompted two fire service crews to respond to the blaze.
The fire was reported just before 10pm in Teifi Terrace, and two crews from Llandysul and Newcastle Emlyn attended the incident.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service used two hose reel jets and breathing apparatus to tackle the fire, which was on the ground floor of a two storey property.
A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were alerted to this incident by the fire service, but not required to attend as all residents were out and accounted for.”
