Llangain Motorcyclist Named

Police tape at scene of shooting of WPCs Nicola Hughes and Fiona Bone THE 55-year-old man who tragically died as a result of a road traffic collision on the B4312 near Llangain has been named by Dyfed Powys Police as David Woolley.

 

He resided in the Broad Oak area, near Carmarthen and originated from the Talybont area near Aberystwyth.

 

The two vehicle RTC occurred on the B4312 approximately one mile west of Llangain.

 

A Suzuki motorcycle being ridden by Mr Woolley, whilst negotiating a left hand bend, collided head on into a Mercedes estate, driven by a 58 year old male from the Swansea area.

 

The passengers in the Mercedes were treated for shock.

 

Police are renewing their appeal for any witnesses who may have witnessed the collision to contact Dyfed Powys Police on 101.
