POLICE are investigating a fire which occurred at Riverside Health, Adpar, in Newcastle Emlyn in the early hours of Tuesday (Nov 27).
No-one was injured in the fire.
A 28-year-old local man has been charged with: Arson with intent/reckless as to whether life was endangered, burglary, fraud by false representation, and theft.
He is cheduled to appear Aberystwyth Magistrates Court today (Nov 29).
Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area at the time or anyone who has information that could help the investigation is asked to contact police on 101.
