Milford Haven: Emergency services find missing person ‘safe and well’

A MULTI AGENCY response was launched on Saturday night (Jul 25) for a missing person in Milford Haven.

Police and coastguards arrived at Conduit Lane, Hakin, just after 9pm, as part of the search of a wider area including Point Fields, and coastal areas around Hakin.

Following a successful joint operation which included assistance from the Angle Lifeboat, the missing man was safely located.

A spokesperson from HM Coastguard Broad Haven Team said: “We were paged alongside HM Coastguard Dale and Angle Lifeboat RNLI last night to reports of a missing person in Milford Haven.

“The casualty was located on the shoreline near Hakin and with some skilled negotiation involving one of our team he was passed to the custody of Dyfed-Powys Police.”

A member of HM Coastguard Dale Team said: “The person was found safe and well.”
