A MOTORCYCLIST has died following a collision with a van on the A40 between Carmarthen and Nantgaredig yesterday afternoon (Apr 8).
The incident happened at approximately 4:20pm and both lanes were closed for several hours afterwards.
Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have information about the crash involving the motorcyclist.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: “We can confirm that a man has died following a collision on the A40 in the Whitemill area on Saturday afternoon.
“We ask anyone with information regarding the incident to contact us on 101, quoting reference 231.”
On Thursday (Apr 6) a woman died on the A40 following a crash with a reclying lorry between Llandeilo and Manordeilo.
