The 10K is one of the UK’s Premier road races with a fast, flat and scenic route alongside the magnificent views of Swansea Bay. The 10K is open to all abilities aged 15+.

Introduce your children to exercise with the juniors open from under 11s through to 15-21 year olds.

Whether looking for a fun day out or competitive running, they are open to all everyone. With mascots and supportive stewards to encourage participants, the junior races have a great atmosphere.
