DYFED-POWYS POLICE is currently dealing with a three vehicle collision on the A48 between Cross Hands and the junction for the National Botanic Gardens.
The collision happened at 1:20am this morning and the road is currently closed for investigation work. It is anticipated that the road will re-open around 10am.
This is a very busy dual carriageway and all drivers are asked to find an alternative route.
A police spokesperson said: “Thank you for the patience of those already making their journeys this morning.”
Minor injuries were have been sustained by some of those involved.
