DYFED-POWYS POLICE have charged Steve Baxter with the murder of Simon Clark, they have confirmed today (Oct 30).
Baxter was arrested by police on Saturday (Oct 27) following weeks of searching.
He was arrested by plain clothes officers following a tip off by a member of the general public.
He will appear in court tomorrow (Oct 31).
A police spokesperson said: “We have charged Wayne David Baxter Tidy (Steve Baxter), aged 52, with the murder of Simon Clark.
“He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Llanelli Magistrates’ Courts on the morning of Wednesday, October 31.
“The murder of Simon Clark was reported to police on Friday, September 28, after the discovery of his body at Grove Caravan Park, Pendine.
“Baxter was arrested on Saturday, October 27, between Marros Sands and Pendine.”
