A WOMAN has died following a two-vehicle collision on Tycroes Road, Ammanford, yesterday afternoon (Aug 3).
The second driver, a man, was transported to hospital with injuries.
Police are now appealing for any witnesses to the crash to contact them.
A spokesperson for the police said: “Police can confirm that the female passenger of the Toyota Yaris has sadly passed away. Our thoughts remain with the family.
“The male driver of the vehicle has been taken to hospital.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact police in Ammanford on 101 quoting reference 229 of today (Thursday, August 3).
