THE WOMAN who sadly died in a car crash in Ammanford on Thursday (Aug 3) has been named as 73-year-old Linda Allchurch.
Dyfed-Powys Police is continuing to investigate a two vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at approximately 3.40pm on Tycroes Road, Ammanford, at the Pantyffynnon junction.
A police spokesperson said: “Police can confirm that the female who tragically died in the collision is 73-year-old Linda Allchurch from Ammanford. Our thoughts remain with the family.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact police in Ammanford on 101 quoting reference 229 of Thursday, August 3.
