GRAVELLS Kia Bridgend has been named as one of the best Kia dealers in the world, having won ‘European Kia Dealer of the Year 2023’.
The annual and globally recognised award takes into consideration performance across several key metrics including sales, after sales and customer experience. The exclusive award, also referred to as the ‘Platinum Prestige Dealer Award’, is only given to the very best performing Kia dealerships, with just three per cent of Kia’s ~7,000 global dealerships obtaining platinum status.
Gravells Kia Bridgend is no stranger to awards, having earned numerous titles since it opened in 2014 as the then fourth Gravells Kia dealership. Today, Gravells operates six Kia dealerships.
Most recently, the Bridgend dealership won ‘Dealer of the Year’ for the second consecutive year at Kia’s annual Dealer Excellence Awards. In addition, the dealership picked up the After Sales Excellence Award and Kia’s CX Award in recognition for its outstanding performance, measured throughout 2022.
