Family makes desperate plea as woman disappears following pub visit

THE search continues for Emma Evans, a 30-year-old woman who has been missing since July 8. Concerned about her whereabouts, her family has issued an appeal for information. Emma was last seen at approximately 11:15 am after spending time with a friend at Jollies, a pub located in The Hilltop, Llangennech.

According to Emma’s brother, Josh Evans, she bid farewell to her friend at the pub, intending to head home. Recounting the events, Josh stated, “She was last seen between 11:15 am and 11:30 am at Jollies at The Hilltop in Llangennech where she parted ways with her friend heading towards her home. She told her friend she would message her when she got home but never arrived back.”

Emma was wearing a grey Beyoncé hoodie, a black sports crop top, black leggings, and black and purple trainers when she was last seen. Describing her appearance, Josh mentioned that Emma is around 5 feet 8 inches tall, with shoulder-length blonde hair. He also noted the presence of a black and white rose tattoo on her hand and mentioned that she had her hair in a bun.

The family and local residents have taken it upon themselves to search for Emma in Llanelli and Llangennech. Josh shared, “We’re currently searching the Llanelli area, Furnace, and Llangennech. Locals and the family have been out looking in the woodlands, off roads, lanes, and the estuary in Llangennech as well.”

Expressing their concern, Josh emphasized that Emma is dearly loved by her friends and family, all of whom anxiously await her safe return. He urged anyone with any information to reach out to the family directly or contact Dyfed-Powys Police.

In an emotional plea, he said, “Emma is so loved and cared for by all of us. We just want to know that she’s okay and that she’s safe. We urge absolutely anyone who has any information, no matter how small it may seem, to either contact any of the family or contact Dyfed-Powys Police directly.
