Police are appealing for information concerning the whereabouts of Luke Gould, 26, who was recently released from prison on licence.
Since his release Gould, who is known to have links with Wales, is in breach of his licence conditions. As a result, he is now wanted on recall.
Mersey police have confirmed that Gould is from Dovecot in Liverpool.
