Pembrokeshire podcaster faces jail sentence after being found guilty of distributing highly racist material

James Allchurch has been found guilty

Pembrokeshire ‘white surpremacist’ podcaster James Allchurch is expected to serve a prison sentence that, according to judge Huw Rees, ‘will not be measured in months,’ after being found guilty of distributing racist and anti-semitic content.

“No one should express themselves in this way,” said Judge Rees after the jury at Swansea Crown Court returned a guilty verdict earlier this week.

“The custodial sentence for using vile and inexcusable language which I regard as a stain on humanity, will not be measured in months.”

Allchurch denied a total of 15 counts as a result of podcasts that he released on his Radio Aryan Website under the name of Seven Longshanks.  This name was in recognition of Edward 1 who was responsible for expelling Jews from England in 1290.

Following the two-week hearing, Allchurch was found guilty of ten counts and not guilty of five.

Allchurch, who is a self-confessed Hitler supporter, was granted conditional bail pending his sentencing on April 28.

He operated the website from his former home in Gelli near Llawhaden however his current address hasn’t been released by the courts after the defence counsel claimed it could result in future attacks against him.

During the trial, the jury was told that the podcasts were highly racist, anti-Semitic and white supremacist in nature and included references to hanging black and Jewish people.
