GUNNER is a Lurcher who will be 2 years old this December. He loves people & cuddles, and is looking for a family that will give him lots of exercise, as he loves to run & can home for some time.
He is good with other dogs, but will need a home without cats, small furries & livestock. His recall will need some work as he can go selectively deaf! Gunner loves to run – you could even try agility with him or canicross.
He’s been with Animal Rescue Cymru (A.R.C.) which is a small, independent rescue charity, based on the beautiful west Wales coast, who’s sole aim is to rescue and re-home domestic animals which they do with the aid of a small band of dedicated volunteers and experts whose sole aim is the welfare of animals for nearly a year.
The Herald spoke to Yvonne Hazell, A.R.C’s Rehoming Coordinator who said “It’s such a shame for such a lovely natured, gorgeous looking dog to be overlooked just because of his breed . Gunner would be a fantastic addition to any family”
