YSGOL Bro Gwaun pupils attended a visit day in Coleg Sir Gar on February 23.
The 13 pupils from Year Nine had an opportunity to look around the college on the open day, and were given a taster session in Land Based Industries courses, listening to talks and doing a variety of hands-on activities.
The pupils were given a tour around the college’s Equine Centre, as well as the Animal Based Studies and Agricultural Engineering departments.
The 13 students thoroughly enjoyed their day and said that it has helped with their future career choices.
The school would like to thank Coleg Sir Gar for their well-organised, educational event.
