CEREDIGION’S Youth Council met with Wales’ Children’s Commissioner for the first time on Tuesday April 12.

The Youth Council, which is supervised by Ceredigion County Council, met Children’s Commissioner Sally Holland in Neuadd Cyngor Ceredigion, Penmorfa in Aberaeron.

The Youth Council is made up of two young people from every secondary school in the county. There are also young people present to represent forums, such as the Urdd Forum, Youth Forum and Young Farmers Club, around Ceredigion.

The council meet three times a year in the Council Chamber in Penmorfa, Aberaeron.

Their next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 27, commencing at 6pm.
