PONTARDDULAIS product Lukas Carey made his county debut for Glamorgan recently in their match against Northamptonshire.
The game was played at St Helens in Swansea, with the 19-year old taking seven wickets in the match.
His first innings saw him take 3-59 from 17 overs, while in the second innings, the young pace bowled claimed four wickets from his 20 overs.
Despite Carey’s efforts, it wasn’t enough to give Glamorgan victory as Northamptonshire won by 251 runs.
It was still an impressive debut for the youngster and he will be hoping for many more performances like his debut game.
