HAKIN United earned another win on Saturday (Apr 2) as they continue to keep the pressure on league leaders Goodwick United.
They earned a 14-0 win over strugglers Narberth who showed plenty of heart throughout the game and never gave up despite the scoreline.
Shane Walsh opened the scoring in the first minute and Gareth Fawcett scored to double Hakin’s lead ten minutes later.
Walsh scored again midway through the half before Ryan Wilson and Justin Harding also got their names on the scoresheet.
Fawcett then scored his second before the break and just a minute into the second half he completed his hat trick.
Walsh then followed suit before Ashley Bevan added two goals in the space of a minute.
Harding then added his second goal before Bevan became the third Hakin player to score a treble.
That became four soon after as Harding netted again and Jake Merry completed the scoring late on.
On Tuesday, April 5, Hakin are at home to Neyland.
