Hundleton come from behind to earn a point against Bridge

HUNDLETON came from behind three times to get a well earned point at home to Merlins Bridge last Saturday (Mar 5).

Matthew D’Ivry scored at the second attempt to give the Wizards the lead midway through the first half.

Jack Blunsden levelled matters for Hundleton in a crowded penalty area following a set piece to make it 1-1.

Richard Hughes headed the Bridge back in front from a corner before half time, but early in the second half, Hundleton were awarded a penalty for handball and William Davis equalised.

Bridge took the lead for a third time as Ben Davies volleyed into the bottom corner, but again Hundleton levelled matters as Jack Blunsden scored and both side had to settle for a point each.

On Saturday, March 12, Hundleton host Carew while Merlins Bridge host Narberth.
