A GIRL from Llangunnor, Carmarthen, has arrived in Brazil after winning the 2016 Olympics Kids Competition.
Millie Curtis won the competition through McDonald’s, and she is now in Rio. After attending the opening ceremony, she is currently enjoying a range of different sports.
As part of her five night all-inclusive stay, Millie has 18 letters of friendship which she will be giving out to the other 18 children taking part.
Pictured is Millie with the representatives from China and there are still more letters to be given out.
With those letters to give out, Millie is sure to make a number of friends for the rest of her life and is sure to bring home many memories from her short time in Brazil’s capital.
