CARMARTHENSHIRE Roads Policing Unit is investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on Saturday (Aug 26) at approximately 2:30pm, on the A4069 Llangadog to Llandovery road.
Two vehicles were involved in this collision, a red Fiat 500 and a Blue Aprilia motorcycle, with the rider of the motorcycle sustaining serious injuries.
The rider, 74-year-old Colin Herridge from Carmarthen, was taken to hospital where he sadly died on Monday (Aug 28).
A spokesperson for the police said: “Any witnesses that may have information in relation to this incident are asked to contact Pc 766 Roger Jones of the Carmarthenshire Roads Policing Unit on Tel: 101.”
