Appeal after man is assaulted in Carmarthen Park

DYFED-POWYS POLICE is appealing for witnesses to an assault which took place in Carmarthen Park on September 20.

An 18-year-old man was walking through the park at around 2.30pm when he was assaulted from behind. He was punched and kicked while on the ground.

The victim has described the location as being on the pathway close to the skate ramps. He is unable to provide a description of the offenders or their clothing.

Anyone who saw the incident, or has any information that could help police with their enquiries, is asked to contact PC 798 Watkin on 101.
