SOME of Carmarthenshire’s leading businessmen and women attended an evening with The Best of Carmarthenshire on Tuesday (Nov 1) at the Selwyn Samuel Centre in Llanelli, ahead of the forthcoming Carmarthenshire Business Show in April 2017.
Diana Vickers, of The Best of Carmarthenshire, organised the event, which gave business people the opportunity to find out a little about the show and hear about what some of the best businesses are doing to ensure success.
Attendees included Robert Lloyd PR, Preventapest, Apple Blossom Cleaning, Barrie Hughes Florists and TotTotz Day Nursery.
Those who attended heard about new and innovative ways of helping their clients through management systems and encouraging reviews. Statistics show that clients are more likely to choose one business over another depending on whether or not there is a review available.
The Best of Show in April will showcase the best businesses in Carmarthenshire in a huge shell scheme exhibition space especially created at the Selwyn Samuel Centre. It will include cookery demonstrations and guest speakers who successfully are running multi-million pound companies.
