A BODY has been discovered in a pond in Houghton today (Feb 10), according to Dyfed-Powys Police.
A lane in Houghton was cordoned off this morning after police discovered the body of a woman at around 9.20am.
A spokesperson from Dyfed-Powys Police said:
“Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating the sudden death of a woman, whose body was discovered in a pond in Houghton, at about 9.20am this morning.
“HM Coroner has been informed. There aren’t believed to be suspicious circumstances at this stage.”
