THE HERALD can confirm that Carmarthenshire’s official Proclamation of the new Sovereign will be read by the Chair of the Council, Cllr Rob Evans on the steps of County Hall, Carmarthen, at 12.45pm on Sunday September 11.
It will be followed by a Welsh language proclamation and read by the Cabinet for Organisation and Workforce, Cllr Philip Hughes.
Civic dignitaries, and members of the public are invited to attend.
