A GOODWICK man appeared in Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday to face a charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Ricky Kinsella, aged 32, of Glanamore Road, did not enter a plea for this case.
Defence solicitor, Jonathan Webb said: “At the Coach and Horse public house, Kinsella is alleged to have thrown a pint glass, though he is certain he did not throw one. CCTV footage is available for this case, which is said to show a glass at Kinsella’s feet. Kinsella is certain he did not throw a glass”.
The case was adjourned until January 21 after the CCTV footage will have been viewed by the defence and prosecution to decide which is the best charge. Kinsella was released on unconditional bail.
